Mr. Dill has over 20 years experience in the accounting profession, and has been a shareholder in the firm since 2006.

His specific areas of expertise include:

• Income tax consulting with emphasis on agriculture, construction, real estate and family businesses.
• Business consulting and financial accounting with extensive experience in water districts.
• International tax consulting.

Mr. Dill graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with emphasis in Accounting, from California State University, Bakersfield.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA), where he has served as President of the Kern County Chapter.

Mr. Dill is a past President of the American Lung Association, Kern County branch. He is an Executive Board Member of the American Lung Association of California, and currently serves as Treasurer. He is a graduate of the Greater Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Bakersfield Class of 1999. He is also Treasurer of University Baptist Church.

He enjoys sports and spending time with his wife and children.
