Mr. Dill has over 20 years experience in the accounting profession, and has been a shareholder in the firm since 2006.

His specific areas of expertise include:

• Income tax consulting with emphasis on agriculture, construction, real estate, non profits, and family businesses.
• Business consulting and financial accounting with extensive experience in water districts.

Mr. Dill graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with emphasis in Accounting, from California State University, Bakersfield.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA), where he has served as President of the Kern County Chapter.

Mr. Dill has served as Executive Board Member and Treasurer of the American Lung Association in California.  He also has been President of the American Lung Association, Kern County Branch.  He is a graduate of the Greater Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Bakersfield Class of 1999.

He presently serves on the Greater Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce's International Business and Trade Committee, BARC Foundation board, and is the Treasurer of Parkside Church.

He enjoys sports and spending time with his wife and children.
